From first idea to finished yacht.

Every yacht begins with an idea. At OLIN Yacht Design, we bring design and naval architecture together from the outset, developing each project with a clear focus on purpose, performance and character.

CONCEPT

We begin with the owner’s vision, understanding how the yacht will be used, where it will go and how it should feel.

Through concept design, sketches, layouts and studies, we explore different possibilities and establish the overall direction — from proportions and character to arrangement and performance.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Once the concept is established, exterior, interior, general arrangement and naval architecture develop together.

We refine the hull, spaces and details while considering stability, performance, volume and technical requirements. Our aim is simple: to ensure that what looks right also works right.

REALISATION

We develop the design into a technically resolved and buildable yacht, working closely with owners, shipyards, engineers and specialists throughout construction.

Whether creating a new yacht, developing an existing vessel or restoring a classic, we remain focused on maintaining the original design intent through to the finished yacht.
